About this Event

The Burton Caribbean Carnival 2024 will be taking place on Saturday 10th August 2024 (in celebration of Jamaican Independence) at Shobnall Leisure Complex in Burton on Trent DE14 2BB.

Gates open at 11.00am – 5.00pm.

Procession Information

The carnival procession will start at 11.30am from The Burton Caribbean Centre 346 Uxbridge Street Burton on Trent DE14 3JS

The final route is yet to be confirmed but will be arriving at Shobnall Leisure Centre at 12.30pm.

Entrance Fee

£2 for adults and children over 12yrs old

(free admission for children 12yrs & under)

A variety of catering stalls.
Bouncy Castles.
Children’s Play area.
Arts, Crafts and a variety of stalls.
Mobile Bars.
Various competitions taking place.
Live music.
Burton’s Got Talent Competition.
Steel Pan Band.
Activities Corner SALSA, BOXING and LINE DANCING etc.
And many more to be confirmed.
